How we're helping the community during Covid-19

We're doing all we can to support our local community though the Covid-19 outbreak.

Sadly there is not enough PPE being delivered by the government to our incredible frontline workers, so DIYers and businesses all over the UK have had to step in to help produce much needed PPE for our NHS and local services. This is a situation which should never have arisen but thanks to this amazing network of volunteers, frontline workers are receiving the protection they desperately need.

After hours of research and emails to various organisations, we're now starting to manufacture laser-cut visors that can be worn by workers on the frontline to help protect them from the virus. We're really thankful to the Smoke and Mirrors community for this design - you can find out more about it here.

We're putting £5 from each sale of our Make at Home Kits  to help us purchase the materials for the project. Using our laser cutter we're able to make these quickly and safely, with £5 of materials making 12 visors! They will all be donated to healthcare practices and care homes in our area.
