Covid-19 Update

The current outbreak of Covid-19 is having a dramatic affect on us all, but we want to reassure you that we are doing all we can to responsibly do our part in minimising the spread of the virus. Please read below how our practices going forward are minimising contact between W&M employees and how this might affect how and when we get your orders to you.

Changes to delivery

UK Shipping: Currently, there have been no major changes to the way we dispatch or ship our orders. Normal deliveries should take place in almost all parts of the UK; however, some areas are experiencing varying levels of delivery disruption. All updates will be stated here and on our Delivery and Returns page.

International Shipping:  Due to COVID-19, delays should be expected. Many countries have implemented special measures to combat the spread of COVID-19, especially for signature service to maintain social distancing. We have now extended our returns policy to allow returns up to 42 days after receiving your order. For more information on returns please see our Delivery and Returns.

Studio practice

Most of our staff will now be working from home on rotation. The few people in work at the same time, will be keeping their distance from one another and will be vigilant with increased hygiene practices. ⁠⠀

Staying connected

We're working hard to keep our studio and office running at a regular capacity. Our teams are having daily (sometimes hourly!) meetings over the phone and via video chat to try and reduce the impact this will have on your shopping experience.
