How Long will my delivery take?

Depending on the shipping option selected, UK delivery should take up to 6 business days. International deliveries can take significantly longer.

 

Our studio has moved to a four-day workweek and will be dispatching orders everyday between Monday to Thursday (exc. bank holidays).

 

If you have selected a made-to-order item, these will take longer to dispatch and all lead times will be advised on the individual product pages.
 

Do you deliver for free?

Yes! We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £75.
 
We also offer free collection from our studio too!

How can I track my delivery?

You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched!

How do I collect my order?

You can select to collect your order from our studio. We aim to have your order ready for collection within 2-4 business days and will be in touch when your order is ready to collect.

Where is my order?

For standard UK delivery, we aim to have your order with you within 6 business days. If your order hasn't arrived with you within 10 working days of the due date (or 5 working days of the due date for UK Special Delivery), please contact hello@wolf-and-moon.com and we would be happy to assist you.

 

For standard international delivery, delivery times may vary. If your order has not arrived after 20 working days of the due date for Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world, please contact hello@wolf-and-moon.com.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you order has not left our workshop, we are able to amend your shipping address. Please email hello@wolfandmoon.com and we can help!

 

Unfortunately, once your order has left our workshop we aren't able to amend your shipping address.

I Need something quickly...

For UK customers, you can select to have your order shipped the same day on most of our pieces. Just order before 2pm (Monday to Thursday exc. bank holidays), select Next Day Delivery and we will have your order with you the following business day.

 

Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (exc. bank holidays)

Can I request a gift receipt or gift wrapping?

Yes, we do offer gift receipts! Just pop a note in the gift box at checkout and we will pop a gift receipt in with your order!

 

Please note, all earrings except for clip-ons or hoop charms ("charms only"), cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.  

 

Unfortunately, we don't offer a gift wrapping service. However, all our jewellery comes in a Wolf & Moon pouch or box which we think is perfect for gifting!

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Do you deliver internationally?

Absolutely! We use Royal Mail or couriers to deliver to countries around the world from just £9.95. Delivery times are approximate and depend on local delivery services in each country.

 

EU customers will not need to pay additional customs charges and/or import VAT on orders under €150, excluding shipping. For orders over €150, additional charges such as customs duties may be payable on delivery.

Additional charges will depend on the country your order has been sent to. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Wolf & Moon cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into a country.

RETURNS & REPAIRS

How do I return or exchange an item?

Changed your mind? No problem, you can currently return or exchange your items up to 28 days after you receive them for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
 
For hygiene reasons, earrings or hoops cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. This does not apply to clip-on earrings or hoop pendants (charms only). Headpieces with non-standard options & custom engraving or bags with personalised initials cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. For our hoop sets including the Zodiac mix n' match bundle, hoops are non returnable, unless faulty. Charms can be returned or exchanged, but must be returned as a set e.g. 2+ pairs of charms.

We recommend using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your items arrive safely. You will receive an email to confirm your refund to the original payment method you used or we will be in touch to organise your exchange.

Can I exchange a present I've received?

As long as you have proof of purchase (a gift receipt is fine), then we can exchange your item.

I no longer have my returns form?

That's OK! Just make sure you include a note with your name, address, order number and state whether you are returning or exchanging your items.

Help! I have received a faulty item.

If an item you receive is faulty, please email hello@wolfandmoon.com to let us know as soon as possible. Please include a photo as it is handy for us to see what has happened!
 
All our jewellery is handmade in our North London studio and undergoes careful quality control before leaving the workshop however, faults can occur or jewellery can be damaged in the post.

Do you offer a repairs service?

Yes, we do offer a repairs service at Wolf & Moon! Please send an email to hello@wolfandmoon.com along with a picture of the jewellery you are looking to have repaired and your order number, so we can advise further. Depending on when your piece has been purchased there may be a repairs charge for this service.

 

Please note, it may not always possible to repair your piece. If you have attempted to repair your jewellery at home we may not be able to repair this either. As a small team, our repairs service takes around 3 weeks before dispatch.

 

My order has been returned to your studio.

If your order has been returned to us by the postal service due to an incorrect address or a re-delivery or collection wasn't arranged, we would be happy to re-send your order once this arrives back with us. We will require the postage cost to send this to you again, please email hello@wolfandmoon.com and we would be happy to arrange.

 

If you no longer wish to receive your order, we will issue a full refund minus the postage cost once this has arrived back with us.

 

Please note, return to senders are not sent via priority mail and may take a long time to be returned to us.
