CUSTOMER SERVICE & Fulfilment Assistant (Seasonal TEMP)

 

Hours: Full-time - 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Base Salary: £24,617 per annum

Location: Based in our London studio in N4 1TD. This is a studio-based role.

End Date: Friday 10th January 2025.

We are an exciting jewellery brand with original and creative designs that have gained a cult following over the last decade. Our small team of skilled makers handcraft everything in our London workshop/studio. We pride ourselves on being an open-minded, welcoming and forward-thinking place to work.

 

Summary of role

 

You are a confident and motivated individual with excellent time management skills and a great eye for detail. You will be responsible for quality controlling jewellery, dispatching orders and assisting our fulfilment and customer service team.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

Quality Control:

 

• • Assist in quality control for both website stock and wholesale orders.

  • Assist recording and uploading of website stock to deadlines.

  • Help ensure all stock (jewellery and lifestyle) is stored correctly and efficiently.

  • Help ensure all wholesale stock is quality controlled to deadlines.

  • Feedback to the fulfilment and production team on quality control issues.

 

 

Packing and Dispatching Orders:

 

 

• Assist in daily packing and dispatch of all website & wholesale orders ensuring stock is sent out accurately and on time

 

Customer Service

 

• Assist with customer service enquiries cover

• Liaise with production & fulfilment team to ensure all enquiries are resolved in a timely manner

 

 

General:

 

• Organise and tidy packing area.

• Effectively prioritise workload to make sure all deadlines are met.

• Assist studio team with ad hoc tasks

 

Your Experience & Skills

 

Essential:

 

• Very high attention to detail
• Experience working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Highly organised, motivated and great time-management skills

 

Bonus points:

 

• Experience working in a fulfilment and/or customer service role for an e-commerce brand
• Experience working with jewellery or an interest in jewellery
